Performance Heating Tune-Up
- Test for carbon monoxide leaks
- Check for gas leaks
- Check and clean flame sensor

- Inspect burners and assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Inspect filtration system
- Adjust blower components
- Lubricate moving parts as required

- Inspect vent piping

- Check fan limit control
- Check limit safety switch (Air Handler)

Performance Cooling Tune-Up
- Inspect compressor contactor
- Inspect evaporator coil if accessible
- Check temperature split
- Check amperage on compressor and fan motors
- Check voltage at outdoor and indoor units
- Inspect blower assembly
- Clean condensate drain (Comfort Agreement only)
- Clean condenser coil (Comfort Agreement only)
- Inspect filtration system
- Adjust blower components
- Lubricate moving parts as required
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks
- Test condensate pump
- Inspect electrical wiring
- Test capacitors
- Measure air temperature differential
- Monitor refrigerant pressure
- Check superheat
- Check subcooling
- Check discharge superheat if accessible
- Check static pressure if accessibly
- Inspect auxiliary drain pan
- Visually inspect duct work
- Visually inspect for organic growth if accessible
