About Garland, TX - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Garland is a lovely Texas town with a lot to offer. Located northeast of Dallas, it is located almost entirely within Dallas County and has a population of over 220,000. This makes it the 12th-most populous city in the state of Texas. The town is also very convenient to downtown Dallas via bus, DART and more. The climate is almost always warm and sunny and the area is perfect for people who love sunny weather all year long. It’s always a pretty day in Garland!
Over the last 10 years, Garland has been honored many times. It was ranked 67th on CNN and Money magazine's list of the "Top 100 Places to Live,” the 6th "Best City for Working Parents,” In 2015, and #17 overall and #5 best mid-sized city for "First-Time Home Buyers". It has also been honored as the 8th "Best Run City in America". All of this, great weather, reasonable living costs and friendly citizens make this town a fantastic place to live, work and play.
If the weather happens to be a little less than perfect (which rarely happens) you may want to escape indoors. The Granville Arts Center is a complex which includes two proscenium theatres which seat 720 and 200, respectively, as well as the Plaza Theatre, which has seating for 350. There is also a 6,500-square-foot ballroom (called The Atrium) which is ideal events, banquets, conventions and more. This facility hosts a variety of shows, events and occasions throughout the year.
